1:1 NUTRITIONAL ASSESSMENTS

This programming and major assessment is made for anyone struggling with a myriad of issues regarding their nutritional breakdowns and potential side effects caused by a diet that just doesn't work healthily or well for you! Please read in depth below on what issues Coach Alisa Fong covers and assists with, and how to begin taking better care of you, your diet, your health and your wellbeing!

 

 

 

Option 1: One-time consultation + phone call ($60)
 

Time spent: 1 hour analyzing data, 1 hour phone call 

 

Includes: 
  • Comprehensive initial assessment designed to analyze and determine areas of improvement, including but not limited to: upper GI tract, small & large intestines, liver & gallbladder health, mineral & vitamin needs, fat digestion, blood sugar, adrenal health, pituitary health, thyroid health, immune system function + more!

  • Initial dietary & lifestyle recommendations based on problem areas identified, as well as overarching goals! Whether you’re looking to lower chronic inflammation, reduce bloating or gas pains, help manage your stress or fatigue, I’d love to work with you to solve these problems!

  • 60 minute phone call to discuss recommendations and address any questions you may have. 

  • Guidance/recommendations surrounding supplementation, sodium and water intake, tracking macros, grocery ideas, meal timing and peri workout nutrition. No supplement required unless health situation deems necessary.

 

Option 2: Nutritional coaching ($125/month) 
 

Time spent: 

  • Initial consult: 2 hours (1 hour analyzing data, 1 hour phone call) 

  • Weekly check-ins

 

Includes: 
  • Comprehensive initial assessment designed to analyze and determine areas of improvement, including but not limited to: upper GI tract, small & large intestines, liver & gallbladder health, mineral & vitamin needs, fat digestion, blood sugar, adrenal health, pituitary health, thyroid health, immune system function + more!

  • Initial dietary & lifestyle recommendations based on problem areas identified, as well as overarching goals! Whether you’re looking to lower chronic inflammation, reduce bloating or gas pains, help manage your stress or fatigue, I’d love to work with you to solve these problems!

  • Fully customized nutrition protocols based around macronutrient tracking & your dietary needs. This is based on our initial evaluation and is manipulated based on biofeedback during weekly check ins.

  • Weekly check ins w/ me on WhatsApp to assess biofeedback and manipulate protocols as needed.

  •  Open communication with me 24/7 via WhatsApp for questions and concerns.

  •  Team group chats to build community and receive/give support. Not mandatory, but pretty damn cool.

  •  Guidance/recommendations surrounding supplementation, sodium and water intake, tracking macros, grocery ideas, meal timing and peri workout nutrition. No supplement required unless health situation deems necessary.

Designed for healthy reminders, tracking progress, full logbook capabilities, photo uploading, integration with myfitnesspal and smart watches, workout tutorials, training calendar, instant protocol editing done by yours truly, instant protocol updates upon schedule/check in, and recording any and all data we want. Streamlines check in process as well.
